A workshop that stays with you

Our workshop is a real investment: people, space, courtesy bikes and a support van of our own. We keep it for the bikes we sell, and only those. It is what keeps you riding, whatever happens.

  • A workshop exclusively for CICLO customers: we only service bikes bought here.
  • A courtesy bike while yours is in the workshop.
  • Availability to pickup and delivery of your bike, anywhere in Portugal.
  • Breakdown recovery: if your bike can't be ridden, we come and collect it.
